Take a pan add oil into it then add green chilli & ginger saute it well and add water.

Now let the water boil,add salt,add semolina slowly that no lumps should form.

Keep aside for cooling and after cooling make ball and steam it for 8-10 mins.

After steaming let it cool.

Then take another pan add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seed, curry leaves, cashew nuts and Kashmiri red chilli

Then add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it well then add balls mix it

Then add fresh coriander leaves.

And add 2 spoon of lemon juice for taste and mix it well.

Now aur suji ball are ready too Serve we can serve it with sauce.
