Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgMaida
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 tspSalt levelled
  5. 2 tbspMilk
  6. Water as req
  7. 1 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida and all the ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add water and knead into a smooth dough.

  3. 3

    Make 6 large paratha paira roll out apply ghee and sprinkle maida refold.

  4. 4

    Now leave for 10 min and roll out into crispy flaked parathas.
