Steps

Add oil and combine, forms shape

Sprinkle 1tbsp water and knead hard dough, cover and rest

On a pan add some oil, add cumin seeds and green chilli and saure well

Add peas saute few mins then add garam Masala powder, turmeric

Add chilli powder, salt and saute well

Add mashed potatoes and saute well, at last add handfull of coriander leaves and switch off flame.. take the dough

Knead for few mins and divide the dough in equal shapes, and flatten like a chapathi

Cut in between and divide into two equal halves, into a bowl take 1tbsp of maida

Add some water and make a thick paste to lock sides of samosa,

Apply maida paste on the corners and start to shape samosa sheet into a cone shape.(Follow the instructions as shown in pictures)

We get a perfect cone shape, now fill in the stuffing and apply the maida paste on all the corners of samosa

Pinch in the centre twist and lock all the corners by gently pressing with your fingers

Samosas are ready to be fried, into a kadai take oil to deep fry samosas..

Once the oil is heated gently add in samosas to hot oil and fry on medium heat, flip and fry untill golden brown

Once golden take the samosas out and serve hot with any chutney or ketchup..
