Add sugar,salt,soda,curd,peeled banana make a paste in mixer

Put the paste in a bowl,add jeera and maida as much as it requires to make a soft dough.keep it for fermentation at least for 4 hours,*make a soft dough because after fermentation the dough become hard so..,no need to add water as the banana paste is already liquid

Make small balls out of this dough and roll it with rolling pin as will do it for puri. Then heat the oil fry this one by one

Serve with coconut chutney...{optional}
