Heat ghee in a pan.Once the ghee is hot, add semolina & roast on medium flame till it's roasted & starts giving a nice aroma.

Now add hot water & milk to semolina while stirring continuously.

Once the water & milk is absorbed add the crushed pineapple, pineapple juice & mix.

Add sugar & mix.The mixture will again bring to loosen up, when you add the sugar.

Keep stirring making sure there are no lumps.

Simmer on medium low flame for 2 mints.Add cardamom powder & switch off the flame.

Garnish with cherries & serve hot.
