  • Salt

    Prepare chicken heart. See the tips linked here

    Heat sesame oil and chopped garlic

    Add opened chicken hearts.

    Pan fry both side at high heat, not too much, and add chopped leeks.

    Season salt and pepper stronger than usual.

    Put a lid for a minuite or two to steam a bit.

    If it's spring onion, you may not need this part.

    Easy!?!? Don't cook too much, as it's soft texture is the key importance to enjoy.

Tips

How to prepare a chicken heart

Firstly, chop to split the red part and white part. In Japan, we call it 'Hatsu' and 'Hatsu-moto'. Hatsu-moto has more fatty.
