Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, corn starch, egg yolk, vanilla, and zest until smooth.

Roll dough between 2 baking papers to 26–28cm circle.

Pipe cream cheese filling in the center, leaving 5cm border.

Mix the blueberries with 1 tbsp sugar.

Top cream with blueberries.

Fold dough edges over filling.

Brush dough edge with egg white, sprinkle with sliced almonds.
