This dish is all about the magic of slow cooking and the richness of milk and ghee!
Steps

In a bowl, add milk, semolina and mix well, cover & let it soak for 30 minutes

In a wok, add ghee & let it melt.
Add sugar, mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown. - 3
Add milk & semolina mixture, mix continuously & cook on medium flame until milk is evaporated.
Continue cooking on medium flame until it turns brown & ghee separates - 4
Now add cardamom powder and mix well.Garnish with nuts.
Ready for serve.
