Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 4-5chopped almond
  • 4-5chopped cashew

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, add milk, semolina and mix well, cover & let it soak for 30 minutes

    In a wok, add ghee & let it melt.
    Add sugar, mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized & turns brown.

    Add milk & semolina mixture, mix continuously & cook on medium flame until milk is evaporated.
    Continue cooking on medium flame until it turns brown & ghee separates

    Now add cardamom powder and mix well.Garnish with nuts.
    Ready for serve.
