Ingredients

  1. 3-4 tspsuji
  2. 1-2 tspcurd
  3. 1small onion chopped
  4. 1carrot chopped
  5. 1/2capsicum chopped
  6. 1green chili chopped
  7. 1/4 cupcorn (optional)
  8. Handfulcoriander
  9. 1small tomato (optional)
  10. As per tasteSalt
  11. As per TasteRed chilli powder
  12. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  13. 1/4 tspblack salt
  14. As requiredWater
  15. 4 slicesbread
  16. 1 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add suji and curd. Then add little water and make paste. It should not be watery.

    Now add all veggies and all masalas & Mix it. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

    Spread batter on bread then Heat tawa and spread butter.. Then place the bread (place plain side first) roast for 1 minutes then turn.

    Now cook for almost 2-3 minutes. So that suji should get cooked nicely.

    Super easy and tasty suji toast is ready.. Serve with sauce or chutney!!!!
