Margarine mix with half teaspoon cornstarch, half keep aside.
Roll the ball and make thin flatten bread,spread margarine with fingers lightly and sprinkle cornstarch a pinch then

Cover with plastic film and give rest more 5 to 10 minutes. Press corner with finger pressure to make thin edges.

Put stuffing in centre and fold all the corners towards the centre.
Tie the edges to give a twist and press down with the hand. - 6
Put in try after lamination and freeze them for later use.

Note: you can use mincemeat (chicken, beef, mutton), lentils, potatoes, vegetables or onions for stuffing.
But most famous in Pakistan are mincemeat and chicken. - 8
Note : Fry in medium heat,
Give it some extra time and cook it Slowly. - 9
Freeze them for later use or fry.
Heat oil for frying and keep the flame to a low. Add kachori when oil is hot enough.When the kachori start puffing up,then gently nudge each kachori with a spoon, so that they will puff up well.
