Moong daal phulki chat

I used moong daal aata (flour) Mix daal with water, salt, baking soda n zeera n red kuti mirch. Make a medium batter.

Heat oil and drop daal batter with hands or a spoon, make small drops it will swell in water. Fry till golden keep stirring.

Take them out and soak in water till they are soft.
Press them gently and put in dahi. If you made in big quantity than freeze them in bags. - 4
Mix some milk and water in dahi and beat well with sugar, than add pinch of salt and 1tsp chat masala
Dip all phulki in it.
Garnish top with both chutni and dahi bara masala n zeera crushed.
