    Wash your fish with warm water

    Add in your grated pepper, onion, Maggi,salt,oil and water....the amount of water you put depends on the amount of fish you have
    Note: you can add garlic, curry and other spices of your choice

    Add in your oil and let it cook until it thickens
    If it's too watery for you, you can add thickeners like cornflour,semolina, semovita etc
    But the fish can thickens on its own
    Enjoy it with white rice or any swallow of your choice
