Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsoaked sabudana
  2. 5-6Potatoes
  3. as per tasteSendha Salt
  4. 1/2 Teaspoonred chilli powder
  5. 2-3green chillies, chopped
  6. 1 Tbsp samak rice flour
  7. 1 tsp. jeera /cumin seeds
  8. as requiredPeanut oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take soaked sabudana in a big bowl add mash boiled potatoes.

    Add all the raw ingredients in it mix it well..

    Take a Kadai heat the oil. Take a small portion of the mixture make a small size tikki. And pour into the heated oil. Fry both sides of tikki..

    Your sabudana tikki is ready. Enjoy with green chutney, red chutney Or tea..
