Ingredients

30 mints
3-4 servings
  • 3medium boiled potatoes
  • 1medium chopped tomato
  • 1medium chopped onion
  • 3-4chopped green chillies
  • few coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • half ts red chili powder
  • half ts coriander powder
  • half ts chat masala
  • 2 ts cornflour
  • oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Completely mash boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add all vegetables and mix well

  3. 3

    Now add cornflour and make it like a dough

  4. 4

    Now add spices and mix well

  5. 5

    Make small kabab like shape

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a pan

  7. 7

    Shallow fry from both sides on low to medium flame until it cooks completely

  8. 8

    Serve with ketchup or any sauce
