  1. 4 cupsleftover chikpeas
  2. 3large potatoes boiled
  3. 1large tomato cubed
  4. 2green chillies chopped
  5. 2 tbscoriander leaves chopped
  6. 2 tbsmint leaves chopped
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 2 tbslemon juice
  11. 1/2cumin seeds

    Add in chikpeas to a mixing bowl and cut potatoes in cubes
