Imli ki khutti meethi chutney

Ramadan is a blessed month for ibadah and to get closer to Allah SWT. In Sahoor and iftaar we arrange variety of foods for the family and get appreciation. My husband love this imli ki chutney with rolls, samosaas & pakooray. So its a must Everyday.
The best thing about this chutney is it will not affect your throat because of ingredients i have used.

Soak imli for an hour in water.

Remove seeds from the pulp.

Take imlii pulp in a pot and add salt, black salt, red chilli powder, dry ginger powder, zeera and coriander powder.

Mix well.

Cook till the desired consistency.

Don’t over cook as it will become thick when it gets cold.

Pour in sterlised jar and enjoy for a month.
