Steps

Wash and sock barley for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Heat milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
Add socked barley and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until barley fully gets tender - 2
Take out the seeds from dates, add milk and grind them well.
Add date paste, honey in milk and cook on medium flame until thickens.
Add dry fruits and mix it well - 3
Let it cook in a refrigerator.
Garnish with some more dry fruits.
Serve chilled.
