3 tbspWell-aged vinegar (or rice vinegar)
4 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspSugar
2 tbspSesame oil
1 tspSesame seeds
1Leek, ginger juice

If you like, add leek and ginger juice, which is also delicious.
