So if you don't drink enough water, this is a wonderful way to improve your water intake 🚰
You can consume the fruits after you are done drinking the water. Or if you would like, you can replace whole fruits with peels and rinds ✨

Chop orange into thin slices.

Chop grapefruit into thin slices. And roughly tear the mint leaves.

Take a jar of water and put the chopped citrus and mint leaves. Mix with a spoon and leave it in the refrigerator for an hour. Then consume all throughout the day.

Note: You can make detox water with anything you like. Cucumber, lemon and mint is a very common summer detox water combination.
