First boil the water and pour one or two drops of oil in it....

Add Macroni and boiled it n cook it for two three minutes. Stir it well, then drain out all water from it.

Take olive oil in a pan or kadai...heat it and add onion firstly..saute it for one min

Add capsicum, carrots and tomatoes one by one and stir it well still it half cooked n crunchy.

In a other pan or kadai let's prepare red sauce. For that take 1 tbsp olive oil n put kadai on the flame

Then add tomato puree in it and stir it.Add schezwan chutney, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce (optional) in it. Saute all this for two three minutes.Red sauce is ready.

Now add boiled Macaroni to the cooked veggies and pour red sauce in it.Stir it gently and off the flame. Sprinkle some oragano n chilli flakes on it.

Take it in a serving plate and garnish with grated cheese.Yummy Macroni is ready to serve.
