Ingredients

  1. 2Zucchini (summer squash), sliced about half inch thick
  2. 3/4 cupCesar salad dressing
  3. 2garlic cloves, minced
  4. 1/2 cuppermesan cheese
  5. For Topping
  6. 1/2 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  7. 1 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a little pan, melt your tsp butter and add your panko. Toast the panko until lightly browned then set aside.

    In a plate, pour your Cesar salad dressing and your minced garlic and mix together.

    In a separate plate, pour out your parm cheese

  3. 3

    Dip your Zucchini slices in the dressing to coat, then roll lightly in your parm cheese and lay onto lined baking sheet

  4. 4

    Bake in 375°F oven for about 30-35 min (until lightly golden.

  5. 5

    Once cooked, take out your Zucchini, top with toasted panko and serve immediately 😋
