In a little pan, melt your tsp butter and add your panko. Toast the panko until lightly browned then set aside.

In a plate, pour your Cesar salad dressing and your minced garlic and mix together.
In a separate plate, pour out your parm cheese

Dip your Zucchini slices in the dressing to coat, then roll lightly in your parm cheese and lay onto lined baking sheet

Bake in 375°F oven for about 30-35 min (until lightly golden.

Once cooked, take out your Zucchini, top with toasted panko and serve immediately 😋
