For Mother's Day! Panna Cotta

I thought of making a chilled desert with a circular tube pan, but then bavarois was kind of indiscreet... (←I made the right choice here!)

[Translator's notes] In Japanese, another way to say old women is babā, but this has a negative connotation. Here, the author is making a pun with babaroa - the Japanese word for bavarois - and babā. Hence, she is suggesting that making bavarois will definitely ruin the Mother's Day celebration.

When you're flipping over the panna cotta to remove from the pan, don't dip in hot water too long or else it will melt. I've listed a decent amount of gelatin for the panna cotta to be flipping over. If you're simply scooping out directly from the container, adjust from 5g (runny) - 7g. Recipe by Asamato

If you make cuts into the strawberries near the hull and spread each piece, it will turn out nice and pretty like a fan.
