Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Egg
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Bonnet nd onion (blended)
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Seasoning and spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the yam,cut and grated it with the smallest side of ur greater then rinse and strain the water

  2. 2

    Add ur blended bonnet nd onion, seasoning,spices, pinch of salt and egg then mixed it well

  3. 3

    Scoop the mixture with ur hand and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown then serve
