I made this recipe because the dressing I had at a restaurant was delicious, and I wanted to recreate it.

The taste of vinegar is rather strong to re-create what I ate at that restaurant.
For those who dislike vinegar, use a mild vinegar or add more olive oil.
I leave it for a day for the flavors to meld, but it's also delicious when eaten immediately. Recipe by milestone

  1. 1half Carrot
  2. 2 tbsp● Vinegar
  3. 2 tsp● Olive oil
  4. 1 pinch● Salt
  5. 1 pinch● Black pepper

Steps

    Grate the carrot.

  2. 2

    Mix the carrot from step 1 and the ● seasonings. Leave it for a day. (※See Hints)

  3. 3

    Pour over the salad and it's done.

    Variation: Add graeted daikon radish or apples.
