  1. 2 cupsboiled cabbage
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 2chopped green chillies
  5. 1 sprigchopped green coriander
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspcrushed carom seeds
  8. 1/2 tspkalonji seeds
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. as requiredSalt
  13. 1 cupgram flour
  14. 1 tbspsemolina
  15. 1 tsprefine oil
  16. 1/2 tspsoda bi carb
  17. As neededOil to deep fry

    Mix all the ingredients to make pakora thick batter. No need to add water. Rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a deep bottom pan. Make round cabbage pakora. Deep fry from all sides in hot oil.

    Serve with tomato sauce.

    Tip: If a teaspoon of oil is added to Pakora batter, less oil is absorbed while deep frying pakoras.
