Steps

Mix all the ingredients to make pakora thick batter. No need to add water. Rest for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep bottom pan. Make round cabbage pakora. Deep fry from all sides in hot oil.

Serve with tomato sauce.
Tip: If a teaspoon of oil is added to Pakora batter, less oil is absorbed while deep frying pakoras.
