Steps

First cut all the vegetables and washed it

Take a pan add oil and cumin seeds ginger garlic past roast it then add all vegetables,

Add all the souses,vinegar in it add salt and three bowl of water and boiled it

Add Vermisily in pan and cover it and cooked it five mins

Its become a thick then open it lid and cooked 2 to 3 mins add black pipper and mix well

Its ready to served with tomato sauce
