Apply butter on both sides of the slices and roast till brown in colour

In a bowl add schezwan sauce, all finely chopped vegetables chat masala, mayonnaise, cheese, mix well.

Take the bread slices, spread the filling mixture and place another slice on top. Place the vegetables on the bread slice, sprinkle some chat masala and cheese and cover it with the last slice and slightly press it.

Roast until cheese melt. Garnish it with ketchup and Junglee sandwich ready
