It Is to be washed with clean water, cut on with a knife and boiled in cooker. when it cools down it is to be removed and pieces to be taken.

4 to 5 Amla are to be finely chopped. Take three cups of water in a pan and add finally chopped Amla and a pinch of salt and sugar. It is to be boiled till the sugar dissolves properly. Then turn off the gas. Add black salt and let it cool down.

In a mixture jar add boiled Amla pieces small pieces of ginger half a teaspoon of lemon juice and mint leaves and crush it.

Take this crust mixture in a thin bowl and strain it. The use of the strained Amla is to be kept on the side.

In a glass jar add 2 tablespoons pulpy Amla juice ice cubes and then ambergris juice.

Add edited soda on top of it in such a way to mix well. With this the goose berry ginger mint juice is ready to serve.
