Shrikhand is a popular Indian sweet. It is prepared using hung curd and sugar. You can add different fruit pulps or dry fruits to have flavored shrikhand. Here I have made classic dry fruit shrikhand which has dry fruits, cardamom, and saffron. It is the easiest and the most delicious dessert one can prepare.

Here I have made classic dry fruit shrikhand which has dry fruits, cardamom, and saffron. It is the easiest and the most delicious dessert one can prepare.

In a muslin cloth add curd and tie it and hang it so that all the water comes out and you can get hung curd. You can keep it in the refrigerator so that it doesn't get sour.

Prepare all the other ingredients required to make shrikhand. Soak saffron in warm milk.

Now add hung curd and sugar in a strainer and strain it into a big bowl. Now add saffron milk, dry fruits, and cardamom powder to it and mix everything well. Keep it in the refrigerator until time to serve.

Dryfruit shrikhand can be served as a side dish with a meal or it can be even served as a dessert.
