Take a cooker to add 1big serving spoon oil heat oil add onion chopped mix it well and cook until a little golden.

When onion changes little color mix turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder salt mix it well.

Then add tomato puri mix it well and cook it well until leaving the oil.

Mix chopped potatoes mix it well.

Now add 11/2 glass water cover the led leave it to take 2 whistles. now take makhana.

Take a Kadai add 2 spoons oil add makhana to roast on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Then open the lid of the cooker adds roasted makhana in curry mix it well.

Now add some coriander leaves add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala optional. our tasty Sindhi style makhana curry is ready to serve.
