Mung Dal khichadi

First of all take a big untencil and put 2 liter water in it and heat it until it get boiled than take rice and mung dal and wash it

Than add rice and dal in boiling water and let it cook also add ginger garlic and green chilli paste in it and mix it well also add haldi powder and mix it well

Now add salt and mix well than add kasoori methi and mix it also add bhuna jeera powder and mix it

Now cook it for 45 minutes it will be ready after that remove it from the gas.Now prepare tadka for khichadi take a big spoon and heat it than add ghee in it

Than add gota lal mirch and gota jeera than let it brown than add it into khichadi and cover it the lid

Serve it hot with chokha,saag papad or as your wish enjoy !!!
