Steps

Add the Milk, cocoa powder, sugar, chocolate and salt in a saucepan over low-medium heat
And cook until a boil. - 2
Bloom your gelatin and add it to your mixture. +
(The mixture should be hot) - 3
Stir it well until glossy and put the in a serving dish.

Refrigerate for 6 - 24 hours until set.

Serve cold.
