Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl or on a wide Parat.

Knead to a semi soft dough.

Make small ball of the dough

Roll them very thin.

Prok with fork.

Fry it in hot oil

Drain it on tissue paper

Serve it with tea aur enjoy it as chaat papdi
