Here's my version of khichdi, with a punch of mutton mince hope you like it #boxweek4 #weekyellow #rainbowchallang
Steps

Into a pressure cooker add oil once heated add onion(finely chopped) and slit green chilli fry until onion turns translucent

Now add moong dal and saute, add ginger garlic paste cook until raw smell is gone then add mince and cook until it changes color

Add tomatoes and cook until Mushy
- 4
Add turmeric, garam Masala and salt and saute well
- 5
Then add peas, coconut and carrots and saute 2 mins, throw in chopped coriander and mint saute few seconds and add rice (mix all the ingredients and cook for a minute)

Add water mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistle,
Healthy and nutritious khitchdi is ready to be served

Serve hot / warm
