Ingredients

  1. 250 mlmilk
  2. 3 tspcustard powder
  3. 3 tspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 slicebread
  6. 2 tspchopped almonds

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk in a pan take out half a cup of milk and let it cool add custard powder and mix well (no lumps) then add the mixture slowly to the rest of the milk and stir.

    Add sugar when the milk consistency becomes slightly thick.

  3. 3

    And add cardamom powder and stir let it cool.

  4. 4

    Take a low bowl or a mold add some custard milk and place a slice of bread and cover it with custard again place another bread and cover it evenly with custard milk.

    Now garnish with chopped almonds and place in the freezer for 45 minutes and serve chilled.
