500 gmshung curd
50 gmsmorde dark chocolate
2 tbspmilk
2 tbspchocolate chips
2 tbspalmonds and cashew nut for garnish
1 tbspcardamom powder

To make hung curd keep a bowl to collect the water. Place a muslin cloth and add 500 gms of curd. Tightly wrap in a muslin cloth and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Unwrap the muslin cloth to find the thick curd. Transfer to a bowl and hung curd is ready.

To make chocolate shrikhand, add 50gms of dark chocolate and 2 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.

Melt this mixture in a microwave for 10 seconds and mix in between till the chocolate melts.

In a large mixing bowl add hung curd, melted chocolate, and chocolate chips and mix well till it becomes smooth and creamy.

Transfer into a serving bowl, decorate with chocolate chips and nuts.

You may chill the chocolate shrikhand before serving.
