Steps

Soak semolina in curd so that it forms to a thick vada batter for 15 minutes

Add cumin sedds, salt, cooking soda, chopped onion and mix nicely. Take a small dumpling, make a small slightly flat round vada by applying water to hands and shallow fry.

Till it is light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate and Ready to serve suji vada with coriander chutney.....................................
