Ingredients

2 glasses
  • 1 teaspoonbasil seeds (sabja seeds)
  • 1mango
  • 4 tablespoonsice cream
  • 2 cupscold milk (about 480 ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsrose syrup

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the basil seeds in 1/2 cup water and let them swell.

    Cut the mango into small pieces.

  3. 3

    In glasses, add 1 tablespoon rose syrup, then 1 tablespoon soaked basil seeds, 1 cup cold milk, mango pieces, and top with ice cream. Drizzle more rose syrup on top and serve.
