Ingredients

  • 3Chicken thigh meat
  • 200 mlCoke
  • 40 mlSoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove fat from the chicken thigh. Cook the skin side down in a frying pan until browned.

    Remove any of the excess fat in the pan frequently with a paper towel.

    When one side is browned, turn over the chicken. Cook the other side briefly.

    Add coke and soy sauce, and simmer.

    Bring it to a boil, and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat to cook inside.

    Once the chicken is cooked, turn over again. Cook over high heat to thicken the sauce.

    The cooked chicken looks delicious.

    Slice the chicken and serve on a plate!
