combine all in pot, bring to a small even boil, stirring, you need to bring it to 234º-236ºF or a softball stage, to test, place a small spoonful into a cup of cold water, if it forms a nice ball in water, but still flattens out of the water is what you are looking for

use in place of corn syrup
