Wash 2-3 times rice and soak for 15 minutes.

Take a utensil and add 3 glasses of water for making rice.

After heating water, add rice to it.

After the rinse, all water, cover the rice for 5 minutes on low flame.

Our rice is ready.

Now take a Cooker on a gas stove.

Fill half of water in cooker.

Add 1 tablespoon salt and back-gram beans.

Cover the lid of cooker and wait for 7-8 whistles.

Grind all materials in mixture like onions, green chillies, tomatoes, ginger and garlic cloves and make a paste

Heat a pan.

Add mustard oil.

Add the paste to it.

After saute 5 minutes, add all spices to it.

Add boiled gram beans.

Add some water for gravy.

Cover it for 10-15 minutes.

Our black gram beans are ready.

Serve it with rice and black gram beans.
