Break the egg 🥚🍳 cut the vegetable heat the the oil first add potato 🥔 and onion 🧅 mix well

Then tomato 🍅 and green chilli, ginger 🍠 mix well add cilantro cook until golden brown 🤎 when done add egg 🥚🍳 cover with the lid until cook well
