3cuts salmon fillet
Pinchsalt
Pinchpepper
1 tbspmayonnaise
For the crust
30 gbreadcrumbs
2 tbspolive oil
2 tbspgrated parmesan
2 tspdried basil
0.5 tspgarlic powder (optional)

Mix all the ingredients for the crust together.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and lightly coat both sides with mayonnaise. Then coat both sides with the crust mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for 15 mins. Enjoy!
