Roohafza and Mint Cooler

#cookpadindia
This particular one is unique in more ways than one. It has Basil Seeds along with Roohafza, Lemon and Mint Leaves. A very refreshing one indeed. It should be served chilled and fruits can also be added and can be of one's own choice and liking. I had already updated a recipe with Peach and Roohafza. Jelly also can be used with flavours of your choice. Simple yet so elegant and colourful apart from being healthy ofcourse. Basil seeds add that cooling effect and I make this every other day to beat the blazing heat of the sun here in the Middle East. Come Summers and there is absolutely a tough time for most of us. To beat the scorching heat of the sun, there is nothing better than this Coolant. Serve this beautiful looking Coolant to family and friends. And what better way to subdue our hunger pangs or midnight cravings than gulping down a chilled glass of this satiating drink. It helps keep our body cool and has a soothing effect on our stomach plus tastes yummy too.

Steps
- 1
Soak Basil Seeds in enough water for 20 minutes. After done, refrigerate just to keep them chilled.
- 2
First of all add Lemon juice and Roohafza to a pitcher of water as mentioned. Do not use more of Lemon juice because otherwise it becomes a Lemonade. Now add Basil Seeds to this with Sugar. Stir well and refrigerate until use.
- 3
Don't forget to add a few Mint Leaves either before or after. Refrigerate until chilled and serve as desired at any time of the day. Sugar can be adjusted according to one's choice.
