Wash and chop the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and shrimp. Set aside.

In a bowl, add the tuna, eggs, and the chopped ingredients. Mix well.

Heat a skillet with oil. While it heats, form the mixture into small balls and flatten them slightly to make patties.

Carefully place the patties one by one into the hot oil. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove from the oil.

Serve with rice and a lettuce salad.
