Sieve maida,cocoa powder,baking powder, baking soda.

Take oil,add powder sugar,Curd and beat well.add melted dark chocolate. Slowly slowly add dry ingredients and mix well.

I prepared mini cake so I divide into 3 parts.prepared the tin with dusting.

Preheat the mix 180 for 10 min.bake a cake 180 for 35 min.

For frosting,boil the whipped cream.melt the chocolate and mix both.and let it be cool.

After that beat the prepared ganach

Cut cake in to two part.each part soak with water.apply ganach for 1 by 1 layered.

Finally apply white frosting.garnishing with sprinkle and fresh flower.
