Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cuppoha (flatten rice)
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1/4 cuppeanut
  4. 1/4walnut
  5. 3-4green chilli
  6. 4-5curry leaves
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1 tspmustard seed
  9. 1lemon juice
  10. as requiredFresh coriander to garnish
  11. PinchHing
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 1 tsphaldi

Steps

    Wash the poha two to three times till they are soft and drain the water and keep it aside and then add haldi,salt,sugar and mix it with a light hand.

    Heat a pan,add oil,add peanut and walnut and roast for 3 to 4 min..till they are crunchy,remove it from pan and keep them aside

  3. 3

    Add oil in a same pan,add mustard seed, when it sputter add hing and add chopped onion,curry leaves, green chillies and saute it.

  4. 4

    When onion are soft add poha in it and give a quick mix. Add tomato and lemon juice,add roasted peanut, walnut and mix it properly. Turn off the gas,Garnish with fresh coriander and sev and top with some roasted walnut.

    Enjoy your poha with hot cup of tea
