A delicious combination of chickpeas and rice cooked in traditional spices sure to make your mouth water. As tasty as it nutritious. Serve with zeera raita for a great lunch option.

In a deep pot, heat the oil and add the sliced onions and whole hot spices Fry till golden

When spice is fragrant, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ kg chicken, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp cumin seeds and 2 tsp salt.

Then add 300 grams boiled grams, ½ kg rice and a glass of water and allow cooking on medium flame. Cover and let it boil on high - medium heat for 10 minutes.

Now add hara masala paste and chillies.

Stir together and then add a glass of water and allow cooking. Cover and let it boil on heat.

Cover the lid and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes. Delicious Hara Chicken Chana Pulao is ready to serve. Serve with raita.
