Misal is famous street food items of Maharashtra cuisine. It is mainly made from sprouts and farsan. It is consumed with pav or bread. Here we prepare with bread fondue.

Misal is famous street food items of Maharashtra cuisine. It is mainly made from sprouts and farsan. It is consumed with pav or bread. Here we prepare with bread fondue.
Steps

Wash and soak moth overnight.Remove water and rest it tightly in cotton cloth for sprouts formation.

Boil 80 % it with salt and turmeric powder.

In a kadai add oil and cumin seeds when cracked add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until golden brown add chopped tomatoes and green chilli stir 5 min.

Add red chilli powder and garam masala powder now sprinkle lemon juice and mix boiled moth sprouts. Cook with cover 5 minutes.Add 1 cup water boil till oil separates.

Serve hot with farsan sev garnish with chopped fresh coriander and chopped onion. Here we prepare with bread fondue and farsan sev
