Grind the walnut by on and off Method.

First roast the walnutat low flame for 2 minutes or till it smells

Then separately roast the khoya on another pan till it light brown color.

After that mix the roast walnut on khoya, then mix it properly.

Lastly add condensed milk and mix till it becomes soft dough.

Dough Transfer into greased plate. Flatten it properly and gave a shape of burfi. Garnish with walnut. First keep in room temperature then keep it in fridge.

Lastly cut by sharp with knife
